At Foust Fondations, Inc. as the demand for our services grows so does our need for new talent. Below you can view the details of what we look for in an employee as well as benefits and how to contact us.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • The ability to SAFELY lift at least 50lbs.

  • Must be punctual and able to get to the jobsite with reliable transportation

  • Physically capable of manual labor in all weather conditions.

  • A positive attitude – we work hard, but we like to have fun.

  • The ability to listen and follow directions.

Schedule and Work Locations:

  • Full-time work Monday- Friday, Saturday work is also available when necessary to keep our schedule.

  • No limit on overtime

  • Must be able to travel to job sites with reliable transportation. 

  • Job sites are generally within one hour of Fort Atkinson.

  • Typically work through winter with May-November our busy season.
