Some of our work
We work in the industrial, commercial and multi-family sectors of the industry. Generally we work in southern Wisconsin and occasionally in northern Illinois. Our central location in Fort Atkinson puts us within a 1-hour drive of 90% of our clients.
Industrial
Our largest industrial warehouse buildings exceed 300K square feet, sometimes with complicated in ground fire protection tanks or equipment pits and pads. We layout and set anchor bolts on steel buildings and have a variety of wall configurations for precast panels. We typically work with a long time flatwork partner to provide a full concrete package (site work, building flatwork, and foundations).
Commercial
We pour commercial buildings from pickleball courts and restaurants to multi-tenant retail buildings. The size of these projects often lends to a quick turnaround between larger – longer schedule projects.
Multi-family residential
This sector has been very active for our company. We have poured Townhome communities with 30 buildings under intense schedules on up to large apartment buildings with complicated underground parking and tall walls. The undergrounds in particular are a favorite of our foreman Luis.
